Love Pearly Baker's in Easton. Especially now under the new ownership! KARAOKE on Wednesdays from 9pm-Midnight there is nothing like being able to sing on stage. Also the crowd is amazing! They have a pool table on site and it is a really nice one. Not too cramped to play. The food is amazing Especially the blue cheese french onion soup! The bartender s are amazing and the patrons are friendly. Love that they also have live entertainment and a late Night DJ for Pearly's after hours.

I've been to Pearly's for their live music a bunch of times, and its always great. However, yesterday, I found myself there at 3 in the afternoon after a nice motorcycle ride. OMG! The food was fantastic!!! My fiance and I shared everything. I'm STILL thinking about the mac and cheese. The brisket was melt in your mouth delicious. My burger was full of flavor. Even the coleslaw, which I normally don't like, was amazing. We literally have zero complaints. Our waitress was also extremely helpful and friendly :)

Pearly Baker’s Alehouse is a true Easton gem that combines the warmth of a classic pub with a fresh, modern vibe. From the moment you walk in, the cozy, historic charm of the building envelops you, with its exposed brick walls, dark wood, and lively atmosphere. But it’s the stellar beer selection and flavorful food that truly stand out. With an impressive lineup of craft beers, both local and beyond, there’s always something new to try. Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or just love a cold pint with friends, Pearly’s never disappoints. The menu features elevated pub fare, and you’ll find that every dish—from hearty burgers to creative appetizers—pairs perfectly with the brews on tap. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to make recommendations or share a story about the latest beers. Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink, meeting up for a casual dinner, or enjoying live music on the weekends, Pearly Baker’s Alehouse offers an inviting, laid-back atmosphere that keeps you coming back. It’s the kind of place where you feel right at home. This captures Pearly Baker’s Alehouse’s inviting and vibrant experience!

I went there on Saturday after the Crayola factory visit across the street. It was a moody rainy day, but inside was clean and peaceful. The waitress was nice and tried to offer attentive positive service. The beer pour is excellent. I got very little foam. Kids menu options are decent. The only drawback was a wait time. Not sure what was happening at the kitchen that day, but our order took a while to complete. So, overall, it's a great place and I would go there again whether with family or alone.

I was reluctant to try PB's with the change of ownership. We loved it "back in the day", but saw it go through a number of ups and downs over the years. I can definitively say it's going up from the last rendition! We ate and drank at the bar. The bartenders are friendly, helpful and added fun to our experience. Drinks were nice and not stingey on the alcohol. Food was quite good. My SO really liked the chicken Caesar and I had the chicken pita.... both tasty! The fries are great. Many other menu items grabbed our attention. We went in unsure. We left sure that we will return. Thank you for bringing back our favorite Easton tavern!

Went to a late lunch with the family and we were lucky enough to have Mya as our waitress. Right from the beginning she was phenomenal. She answered our questions and recommended items to us. She was attentive the entire time, refilling our waters and checking in multiple times. The food was delicious as was cocktail/mocktails we ordered. To top it all off, she ran out after us after my daughter left her retainers behind!!! A must when in Easton!! Delish food, great atmosphere. Thank you again, Mya!! Give this girl a raise!!!

The hubby and I decided to dine in at Pearly Baker’s under the new ownership, and we were so glad we did. We had previously stopped in once for drinks and a round of pool, which we enjoyed, but this was our first time sitting down for dinner—and the food did not disappoint. Our son started with the French onion soup, which was a perfect blend of Gruyère and provolone over a rich, flavorful beef broth. My husband ordered a Caesar salad, and it disappeared before I could even snap a picture—that alone says it all. I chose the harvest salad, topped with arugula, roasted vegetables, apples, cranberries, and pecans, and added grilled chicken. It was fresh, hearty, and absolutely the perfect meal. Our son also ordered the ribeye cheesesteak and loved every bite. To drink, I enjoyed a lemon drop martini and followed it up with an espresso martini—both were excellent. The waitress was very attentive, and we really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to go back, and we’re especially happy they’re open on Sundays!

Myself, three other couples, and two riding buddies took a motorcycle ride from Gilbertsville to Easton for lunch, and we’re glad we chose this spot. When we walked in, the bar was empty, but the bartender immediately made us feel welcome and took excellent care of our group. She was friendly, attentive, and always seemed to be one step ahead of anything we needed. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and absolutely delicious. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal, which is saying something with a group our size. Between the outstanding service, great atmosphere, and excellent food, this was one of those places that makes you want to come back again. If you’re looking for a great destination for lunch—especially after a motorcycle ride—this place is definitely worth the trip. We’ll be back!
